The KM-02 is a 2-port keyboard mouse switch that features our latest Border Switch and True Transparent USB (TTU) Emulation Technology. The Border Switch Technology allows mouse slideover seamlessly between two distinct PC monitors. Thus two distinct desktops can combine into one virtual extended desktop. The TTU Technology can ensure ultimate compatibility to all types of keyboards and mice, giving users a best experience in seamless keyboard mouse switching. Besides, KM-02 supports both PC and Mac, and is specially designed to be used with Windows-based Tablet PC* with its cradle.
Note on the function: The automatic switching with the mouse by leaving the screen (to the right of the left display from PC1 and to the left on the right screen of PC 2) only works after installing the included small software for Windows or Mac-OS.
This also works without any problems if you have more than two displays (extended desktop on one or both PCs).
Scaling of the resolutions of the operating system are not supported.
However, the KM-02 can also be switchable without installation of software via Hotkey (2 x button "Roles", followed by the "1" or "2"), regardless of the computer traffic jam.

Further explanations: The KM-02 needs “no” network connection and also “no” data exchange between the computers.
The small Windows driver software is recognized by the monitor size (resolution).
If the mouse pointer leaves the image on the other PC, the switch automatically receives the switching command.
This works so quickly and unnoticed that you are almost of the opinion that you work with a PC that runs in the extended desktop mode; Only that you cannot move the windows via the monitors/computers etc. Note:
Not suitable for Bluetooth, Unifying and gaming keyboard/mouse that are not HID-compliant.
Not suitable for USB devices (except USB keyboard/mouse).
Notes:
The automatic mouse switching does not work for computers without Windows or Mac OS.
If only one monitor is used per computer, the driverless AB-02Pro (2PC) or the AB-04Pro (up to 4PC) can be selected.
