The SC&T 4K60Hz HDMI & USB-C Wall Plate Extender is designed for conference rooms, classrooms, and presentation spaces. It allows users to connect video sources directly from the wall and extend the signal to a remote display. This model supports 4K@60Hz video transmission and is compatible with USB-C DP Alt Mode. Using a single CAT6 cable, the wall plate extender transmits up to 60 meters, providing a clean and efficient cabling solution. Its in-wall design integrates seamlessly into the environment, promoting a tidy and professional workspace.

Dual HDMI and USB-C Input Support

This wall plate extender features both HDMI and USB-C (with DisplayPort Alt Mode) input ports, allowing users to connect different types of AV devices. It is compatible with modern laptops, media players, and mobile devices, providing increased flexibility and convenience in shared environments.

Easy Source Switching

The front panel includes a physical button that allows users to switch easily between HDMI and USB-C input sources, without the need to constantly plug and unplug cables. An indicator light shows the currently active input, making operation simple and intuitive.

Transmission over CAT6 Up to 60m

Using a single CAT6 cable, this extender supports transmission distances up to 60 meters. This makes it well-suited for mid-sized to large AV installations where cable routing efficiency and cost are important.
 

Power over Cable (PoC) Technology

The extender uses PoC technology to supply power to the HDMI wall plate transmitter through the same CAT6 cable. Only the receiver needs to be connected to a power adapter. This greatly simplifies installation and keeps wall surfaces clean and unobstructed. 

*Note: The USB-C input does not support Power Delivery and cannot charge connected devices.


 

Audio Extraction via Terminal Block

This device supports audio extraction, allowing audio signals from HDMI or USB-C inputs to be output separately. The extracted audio is delivered through a 5-pin Phoenix (Euroblock) terminal, making it easy to integrate with commercial amplifiers or professional sound systems. This function is particularly useful for AV integrators deploying systems in conference rooms, classrooms, and other public or commercial environments.

US Wall Plate

The wall plate follows the US 1-Gang standard, making it compatible with common wall boxes in the United States, Canada, and many other regions. This design ensures broad installation compatibility across international markets.
