PG-140S is an IP-based KVM Extender designed to deliver PC keyboard/DP video/mouse signals over long distances with CAT.
X/Fiber-optic cable. It includes a TX unit and an RX unit working in pairs. Both units can be connected in pair via a CAT.X cable for signal transmission up to 100m or via a Fiber-optic cable (w/ optional optical module) up to 20km. It means that users can access and control the connected DisplayPort-enabled computer away from the local site.
Except for the direct connection topology, it also supports network switch connection topology. Up to 16 pairs of TX unit and RX unit can be deployed in the same LAN environment to implement 16 point-topoint KVM extensions.
In addition to keyboard, DP video and mouse extension, PG-140S can further extends the control of USB 2.0 devices, and IR signals (optional) over the CAT.X or Fiber-optic (with optional SFP modules) cables.
The maximum supported video resolution can be up to 3840 x 2160@60Hz (4:4:4).
